FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT NO. 08-013
FINDINGS FOR PROJECTS EXEMPT FROM CEQA:
The Department of Planning finds that the project will not have any significant effect on the
environment and is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) pursuant to Section 15305 of the CEQA Guidelines because the project consists of a
minor alteration in land use limitations in an area with less than 20% slope, which will not result
in any changes in land use or density.
FINDINGS FOR APPROVAL:
1. The proposed alteration is necessary to secure added safety or reduce the fire hazard or to
improve the aesthetic appearance of the structure's architecture by bringing the design into
greater conformance with the surrounding neighborhood.
2. The alteration and addition will not increase the number of stories.
3. The alteration will not cause the floor area to exceed more than ten percent of the floor area
the structure contained at the time the use became nonconforming.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL - ADMINISTRATIVE PERMIT NO. 08-013

3. The conditions of approval and code requirements identified herein, shall be printed

building permits (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing) and shall be
referenced in the sheet index. The minimum font size utilized for printed text shall be 12
point.
4. The owner of the property which is the subject of this project and the project applicant if
different from the property owner, and each of their heirs, successors and assigns, shall
