FINDINGS FOR PROJECTS EXEMPT FROM CE A:
The Planning Department finds that the project will not have any signific ant effect on the
environment and is exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality

than 20%.

1. The granting of Lot Line Adjustment No. 05-01 for the reconfiguration of three, 2,875

4. The lot line adjustment will not allow a greater number of dwelling units than allowed
prior to the adjustment. Prior to approval of the lot line adjustment the lot
configuration permitted a maximum of three units. Subsequent to approval of the Lot

units.
