NOTICE OF FILING STATUS
APPLICATION: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT No. 2006-015

REQUEST: To consolidate three lots into one parcel as required under Conditional
Use Permit No. 03-06

Dear Mr. Warman:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your resubmittal
received and dated January 24, 2007, and has deemed the application to be incomplete. The
following information and/or corrections are requested in order for the Planning Department to
deem your application complete and continue the review process of your application:
MINIMUM APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Please submit three sets of the completed lot line adjustment form, revised to address the
following:
1. Conditional Use Permit No. 03-036 required a lot line adjustment to consolidate three
lots (a portion of Lot 1, a portion of Lot 3, and a portion of Lot 5) into one parcel.
2. The legal description of the proposed parcel on "Exhibit A".
3. The Parcel layout before the lot line adjustment and the Parcel layout after the lot line
adjustment on "Exhibit B".
Please submit the above-noted information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for
the Planning Department to continue the review process of your request. Please note that
additional comments and concerns may be generated upon receipt of the requested
information. Also, completion of the corrections and/or the submittal of the additional
information does not presume approval of the application requested.

1. The site plan of the approved Conditional Use Permit No. 03-036.
2. The name and address of record owner of each of the existing lots involved, as depicted
on the grant deeds, to be included on page 1.
3. The legal description of the proposed parcel on "Exhibit A".
4. The Parcel layout before the lot line adjustment and the Parcel layout after the lot line
adjustment including bearings, distances, dimensions, parcel sizes, lot sizes, street
centerlines of each revised parcel on "Exhibit B".
Please submit the above-noted information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for
the Planning Department to continue the review process of your request. Please note that
additional comments and concerns may be generated upon receipt of the requested
information. Also, completion of the corrections and/or the submittal of the additional
information does not presume approval of the application requested.
