application for Conditional Use Permit No. 04-04 due to a re-evaluation of current network

Wireless and have been contracted to perform real estate leasing, land-use entitlements
and architectural & engineering services for Cingular Wireless telecommunications
facilities.
As an authorized representative of Cingular Wireless, SBA may: sign, submit, review
land-use applications and permits, represent at hearings, accept conditions of approval,
and negotiate leases on Cingular Wireless' behalf.
