Re: Planning review of a residential addition at 17212 Sims Street
Dear Planning Department,
The purpose of this letter is to request a planning department review
of the plans submitted for compliance to all planning and zoning red
guirements which would pertain to the property located at 17212 Sims
Street. The proposed remodel and addition to the existing single story,
single family residence will include 5,141 square feet of living area,
1008 square feet of garage area , 109 square feet of atrium area, 250
sq uare
feet of covered entry area , 940 square feet of covered patioarea and 287 square feet of second floor balcony area.
The residence is currently surrounded by single family residences to
the north , south and east and a public street to the west.
It is our belief that this property is not located within a Hazardous
Waste and Substance site pursuant to Section 65962.5 of the
Government Code.
