There are currently only two tenants in the building. The Orange County Association of Realtors (suite 240 & 245)
occupies 1,839/sq. feet. Their business supports Realtors in the area. This is mainly a clerical business. Likewise, the
other tenant (suite 205) which occupies 1,282/sq. feet is Craig Gilbert, Manu Hinduja and Jeff Collins collectively. They
do Appraisals and other clerical. They have been at this location approximately 20 years.
