NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Department has reviewed your entitlement application
and has determined the application to be incomplete. The following information and/or corrections are
requested in order for the Planning Department to deem your application complete and continue the
review process of your application:
1. Comments and/or corrections have been received by the Public Works Department. A copy of the
corrections is enclosed for your review.
Please submit the above-noted information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for the
Planning Department to continue the review process of your request. Please note, additional comments
and concerns may be generated upon receipt of the requested information. Also, completion of the
corrections and/or the submittal of the additional information does not presume approval of the
application requested.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lot Line Adjustment No. 02-07, submitted November 4,
2002, shall be deemed withdrawn, absent submittal of plans and applications materials
constituting a complete application on or prior to October 14, 2004. A "withdrawn" status is
applied, upon notice and failure to respond, to applications which remain idle in excess of one
year following the most recent notice of filing status letter. A withdrawn application may be re-
initiated only upon submittal of a complete application package and payment of the
corresponding application processing fee.
Please refer to the enclosed Notice of Filing Status letter, dated January 8, 2003, for a list of
