The notice of appeal shall include the name and address of the appellant, the decision being appealed, and the grounds for the appeal. A filing fee shall also accompany the notice of appeal. Cancun Restaurant has been a tenant in the center for almost 20 years. During most of that time they have had 2 small tables and 4 chairs outside their front door for the use of their customers for outside dining. Many of their patrons enjoy eating outside and even though the tables are not in continuous use, it does provide a nice ambiance for those customers who do choose to use them. In all the years that Cancun Restaurant has been in the center, I have never had a problem with them or their outside dining. Furthermore, as far as I know there has never been a complaint or problem with any tenant in the building or the surrounding buildings with reference to Cancun Restaurant or the outside dining.
