M A Job Number: 03029
Dear Mr. Talleh.
This narrative describes the scope of work our client, United Dominion, wishes to perform on
their apartment project, the Windjammer Apartments.
1 The existing leasing office, now located in a ground-floor apartment unit near the main
entry, is to be moved back to its original location in the free-standing building opposite the pool
area This unit will be returned to being a rentable dwelling unit.
2 The new leasing office, which now houses a recreation center/meeting room space, will
be remodeled to more appropriately function as a business center/leasing center for the project
3. A new, approximately 1,500 square foot building will be added to the common area It
will house accessible bathrooms for the pool and an exercise facility for the tenants The
location of the building is shown near the current sand volleyball court. The pool, spa, and decks
will be reworked, and improved
4. New parking spaces will be added to the site immediately in front of the new leasing
facility These will include updated accessible spaces and improved paving and landscaping.
5. The existing dwelling unit buildings will receive a variety of facade improvements,
including new fences, deck guardrail treatments, roof coverings, window tram, and color schemes
for the buildings
Please call if you have any questions. Sincerely,
