HF, my e-mail below (to the applicant) advises that a LLA application will be deemed
withdrawn. I received and filed a "receipt of e-mail acknowledgment" from the applicant
the same day (Aug. 1, 2005). Shall I go ahead and consider the application officially
withdrawn, or do I need to send the letter?

Jeff, we can keep the (inactive) application on hold for up to one year following the most
recent filing status letter (Jan. 20, 2006). The application would be deemed withdrawn on

Jeff, I am forwarding your comments on Lot Line Adj. 04-05 to the Planner (Ron Santos) and
Public Works (Steve Bogart and Jim Wagoner) to notice them on Pacific Ranch Homeowners
Association decision to place the Lot Line Adjustment on hold at this time to review other
options. I don't know if planning has a maximum time that a lot line adjustment can be
held until it expires, that is a question that you will have to ask Planning. Please call
if there are any other questions that you have.

1. Show Lot Line Adjustment 04-05 reference on all sheets . 2nd Request show on Original
signed document.
2. The Lot Line Adjustment affects the Residential Condominium (Tract No. 12527) to the
north shown as Assessors Parcel No. 23-010-24 and ownership must be verified.
Ownership of this property is not shown for Pacific Ranch Homeowners Association,
submit ownership verification since signature of owner or legal signatory will be required
for the adjustment of this property line also. 2"d Request
3. Review and coordinate closure calculations for New Parcels "A" and "B" with legal
description and Exhibit B dimensions.
4. Remove Existing Legal Description, it is not required to be in the LLA.
5. The legal descriptions (Exhibit A) and (Exhibit B) must be revised for all new parcels
described, see plan check comments.
6. There must be a New Grant Deeds prepared for all Parcels. The Owner must quitclaim to
each other the portions of adjusted properties and record the Grant Deeds to convey
property title interest. These Grant Deeds should show the revised property description
and also reference to Parcels of Lot Line Adjustment 04-05 and show Document Number
and recording date, once Lot Line Adjustment has recorded. The Grant Deed should be
submitted to Public Works for review prior to approval of LLA 04-05 .2"" Request
7. The original Owners Signature Sheet along with the lot line adjustment and Notary, must
be signed by the Planning Dept. and submitted along with the revised Lot Line
Adjustment to Public works for final review and the Public Works Directors Approval.

8. The Surveyor or Owner must make arrangements with their Title Company for the
processing and recording of the Lot Line Adjustment, Quitclaims and Grant Deeds. The
name of the Title Officer assigned to this project shall be provided to the Public Works
Department along with telephone number for contact. Upon City approval of Lot Line
Adjustment the Title Company Officer will be contacted to pick up the document and
will procede to have it recorded along with the new Grant Deeds. 2"" Request

10. Surveyor must sign and stamp the lot line adjustment (wet sign) original signed

11. Attach Site Plan Exhibit C to the Lot Line Adjustment (Check with Planning Dept. for
this requirement) show all development, buildings, walls and other features that will
provide reference to property line adjustments, this can also be used for easement
references that may be affected.
12. Have Surveyor address all plan check corrections shown on Plan Check 2 and resubmit to
the Public Works Department for addition review.
