Upon acceptance and scheduling of hearing date fifteen (15) sets of site plans,floor plans and building elevations 24" x 36" and two (2) sets of plans reduced to 8-1/2" x 11" will be required. The Applicant is requesting authorizing the replacement of faces in the existing ground sign. This change is necessary as a result of a change of DBA. This is a commerical district with shopping centers, car dealers, etc. This is a car sales lot. 12. (a) Applicant would like to keep the existing sign for an additional 2 years as allowed by Citi Code. (h) The granting of this request will not constitute a special privilege. The request is not inconsistent, with the normal limitations granted- t d'nt:hers in similar circumstances. (c) This request will allow the applicant save a large sum of money that weld be necessary to replace this sign. (d) This sign has been on the public thorough-fare for approx- imately four years.
