The existing property is a commercial building that has been in
this location for more than 30 years. The building size is 4,500
s. f. that has a retail liquor store and a laundromat. The site is
0.431 acres (18,774 s.f.) The adjacent property to the south is
residential and the property to the west is a commercial site
(plumbing company). Both businesses at this location serve the
neighborhood in the surrounding area.
The purpose of this application is to restripe the existing
parking lot to City of Huntington Beach Standards upon
completion of the repaving
