Re: Planning review of a residential addition at 1020 Thirteenth St
Dear Planning Department,
The purpose of this letter is to request a Planning Department review
of the plans submitted for compliance to all planning and zoning re-
quirements which would pertain to the property located at 1020
Thirteenth St. The proposed remodel and addtion to the existing
single story , single farm) residence will include 1,450 square feet
of new living area , 605ysquare feet of existing stora a area to be
converted to new living space with a new entrance from the main
dwelling area and the removal of existing exterior stairs to the stor-
age area.
The residence is currently surrounded by single family residences tothe north, south, east and west.
It is our belief that this roperty is not located within a Hazardous
Waste and Substance site pursuant to Section 65962 .5 of the
Government Code.
