An IPZR was submitted on 11/9/04 by Dick Cahl inquiring about the construction of 40 foot wide home on a 50 foot wide
parcel located between zero lot line developments. The applicant submitted several alternative that included shifting the
lot lines to accommodate the new construction. The IPZR concluded that the reconstruction of the home could be
completed without shifting the lot lines of the parcel as long as a waiver of development standards is approved to deviate
six inches from the side yard setback.
