To comply with home occupation regulations (HBZ and SO 230.12), specifically Chapter 241
pertaining to home based businesses which involve music instructions.
Description of surrounding uses:
Home is located well-within its residential tract. To the west is residential street access; to the
north, south and east are single family residences.
Description of Population Served by the Proposed Use or Project:
Predominantly grade-schoolers, but instructions are available to any person interested in
learning music. Clients come from within the city of Huntington Beach as well as nearby cities.
Client families tend to lean toward financially well-off since private music lessons are somewhat
of luxury items. These families tend to be well educated and promote social etiquette.
