Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code, the
action taken by the Planning Commission is final unless an appeal is
filed to the City Council by you or an interested party. Said
appeal must be in writing and must set forth in detail the actions
and grounds by and upon which the applicant or interested party
deems himself agqrieved. Said appeal must be accompanied by a
filing fee of two 'ZUndred ($200) dollars and be submitted to the
City Clerk's office= within ten (10) days of the date-of the
Commission's action.

REQUEST: To permit face change for an existing non-conforming 20
foot tall pole sign for a maximum of two years.

FINDINGS FOR DENiAL - LIMITED SIGN PERMIT NO.-90-5:
1. Strict compliance with Article 976 will not result in a
substantial hardship to the applicant, because a 50 square foot
seven (7) foot tall would be permitted.
2. The existing sign at 19131 Brookh,2rst may obstruct pedestrian or
vehicular traffic vision.
I hereby certify that Limited Sign Permit No. 90-5 was denied by the
Planning Commission of the City of Huntington Beach on September 18,
1990, upon the foregoing findings.
