SUPPLEMENT - TO - PETITIONS
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS
REQUIRED OF ALL PETITIONS BEFORE THE BOARD;
1. The petition must be typed or printed and filled-in completely.
2. If applicant is not the property owner, a letter of AUTHORIZATION from the owner shall ac-
company this petition.
3, Board of Zoning Adjustment decisions are final unless APPEALED to t'he°, Planning Commission.
Appeak must be tiled with the Secretary to the Planning Commission within tell, (10) days of .
such decision and shall b: in writing specifying the areas of aggrieverrient. In no case shall permits
or licenses be ;..sued until such time has lapsed.
Unless otherwise specified, ALL petitions, if not ac: ,,d upon, shall become NULL AND VOID one
(I) year from th effective date.
Petidons must be accompanied with six (6) plot plans, two (2) floor plans and two building
elevations that have a minimum size of Bt/z",t 11"and contorzn to the following requirrnaents:

Please note that petitions wittut sufficient data or if submitted on the deadline may be delayed
in processing.
REQUIRED OF EACH SPECIFIC PETITION BEFORE THE BOARD;
I. USE PERMIT and CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION petitions:
a. The City Council may revoke any Use Permit or Conditional Exception when the intent has
not been accomplished within a period of six \months from the date it was gtanted.
b, If a Use Permit or Conditional Exception has been denied, no further petition covering the
same property for the SAME OR SIMILAR request shall be filed or considered within the
period of one year from the date of the final decision.
2. DIVISION-OF-LAND Petition: In the event certain provisions are required as conditions of ap-
proval, the owner of the ;subject property shall enter into an agreement with the City, The follow-
ing is an outline of the procedure for such agreement:
a. Page 1 of the covenant and agreement will be filled-in by the Planning Department.
b. The covenant and agreement will be mailed to the, owner or authorized agent.
C. Upon receipt of the covenant and agreement, the record owner shall complete the form, ha °e
it notarized by a Notary Public and ret`c n it to the Planning i)epartment,
d. The covenant and agreement will then be recorded within one (1 F year with the County Recorder
by the City,
