RB': Proposed Lot Line Adjustment - Tract 15082, Lots 1 and 2
Dear Sirs:
Walden & Associates is submitting the attached Lot Line Adjustment to correct an error in the
recorded Tract Map. The lot configuration shown on the recorded map was changed to the
configuration that was approved on the Revised Tentative Map No. 14700, the approved Precise
Grade Plans for Phase 2 of Tentative Tract 14700 and all subsequent site plans for the Shea
Homes - Riviera project. The map was recorded with an incorrect lot configuration that was not
noted until review of the Precise Grade Plans for Riviera Phase 5. 1 s Lot Line Adjustment will
correct that error.
I am requesting approval of the attached Lot Line Adjustment. I am also requesting that, pending
approval and recordation of the Lot Line Adjustment, Shea Homes be allowed to obtain Grading
and Building permits (after final :approval of the Precise Grade Plan which was submitted for
approval on Monday, July 28) for their Phase 5 construction.
