1) REASONS FOR INITIATING THIS APPLIEAT h IpN

I would like to move three houses, which will otherwise be
destroyed, to my three lots two block away. This will serve
Angus Petroleum's need to remove the three remaining homes from
their block so they an impiomoat their improvement plain, it
will allow we to irnpro w my lots with hoaxes which perfectly match
the adjoining neighbors' & other local architecture. It may
reduce the construction time (and certainly reduce the impact to
exsieting neighbcn^s> otherwise required to improve my lots with
completely Faw construction. •
2) AREA DESCRIPTION & POPULATION SERVED BY PROJECT
The "town lot" area north of Adams or, Delaware is mostly single
family hoaxes (many attached, a few not> and some apartments
(across the alley of the proposed site). My open lot. have. no
curbs, and often, become a place for neighborhood car & big rip
storage, junk dumping, and a source of dirt & mud tracking onto
the streets. These problems would be solved by havi ng the lots
improved with matchi ng homes.
The (-rouses' new location would put them i mmediately adjacent to
exsisting copies built at the'sarne time, 1977, by Frank Ayres &
Sorts Developers. This style home is among the more expensive
homes in the whole neighborhood and can only improve home values
inns the Toronto/Delaware area.
3) DESCRIPTION f1F PROJECT
I. would be moving three houses with their garages
from: the southeast corner (Delaware/Rochester) of the 1800 block
(hlock is empty except for these three homes>.
to: the southeast corner (Delaware/Toronto) of the 2000 block
(block is fully improved except for the the three lots or, the
southeast corner which I own).
The homes would be relandsoaped and the streets of Delaware and
Toronto finished, and all other City requirements met. No
variances for any reason appear to be required (setback, height,
corner cutoff, etc.).
4> DESCRIPTION OF SURROUNDING USES
The surrounding area is generally residential with some oil
producticor, in the community, In fact, it is oil productio'r,
improvements that are prompting the houses' removal from the 1800
block.
