Conditions of Approval for this application.
The Limited Sign Permit No. 99-1 shall be valid for up to two (2) years retroactive to
February 11, 1998 (expiration date February 11, 2000) or, upon issuance of building
permit for a new conforming .freestanding sign , whichever comes first.
The applicant shall file a cash bond, with the City in the ainoi n, of five thousand dollars
