Request: To permit adjustment of lot lines for lot 1, 24, 25, and LotB of Tract 15034. To
move three lot lines (1,24,25) from the toe of the slope along Seapoint Street
(adjacent to Lot B) to the top of the slope, thereby eliminating the need for an
easement over these three lots to maintain landscaping for the HOA.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above application has been accepted for processing. I have
enclosed revisions required by the Public Works Division please submit the revisions to the legal
description and the map to my attention at the Planning Division by January 9, 1998, in order to keep the
January, 21, 1997, hearing date we discussed. The Lot Line Adjustment application is tentatively
scheduled for the Zoning Administrator meeting at 1:30 PM on January 21, 1998, in.Room B6 Lower
Level, City of Huntington Beach Civic Center, 2000Ivtain Street, Hunt'ugton Beach. Should there be a
delay In the receipt of the revised plans the hearing will be re-scheduled. Thank you for your

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Division has revie° vved your request to re-locate the Lot
lines for Lot Nos. 1, 24,25 and Lot " B" of Tract 15034 and has determined the application to be
incomplete. The following information and/or corrections are requested in. order for the Planning
Division to continue the processing of your application:
Please provide two (2) sets of mailing labels for the property owners within 300' of the subject
site. S^ce the lot line adjustment requires a public hearing, public notification is required (see
attached requirements).
Please be aware that comments from the following Departments: Building & Safety,
Fire, Public Works and Landscape & Maintenance are forthcoming.
Please submit the aforementioned information and/or corrections as soon as possible in order for the
Planning Division to continue the review process of your request. Please note, additional comments and
concerns may be generated upon receipt of the requested information. Also, completion of the
corrections and/or the submittal of the additional information does not presume approval of the
