Dear Jim:
The enclosed request for Lot Line Adjustment encompasses the existing screen wall to the
Horne Depot parcel. The screen wall, by design, was to be placed completely on the Home
Depot parcel. The adjustment is required to place the wall on said parcel per surveyed as-
built conditions,
