Rancho La Bolsa Chica and partly in the Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of Huntington Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, as per Map Recorded in Book 51, Page 13 of
Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said County described as follows:
BEGININING at the Northeast corner of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 97 120, recorded as
instrusrnent No. 1997-0651121 P/M in Book 229 Pages 19-22, December 18, 1997 recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder, of the County of Orange, said corner being on the centerline of
