Please have the Civil Engineer who prepared this lot line adjustme,it make the corrections listed below; 1. Complete bearing of westerly line. 2. Compiete bearing of southerly line. 3. Show which dimensions are recorded, measured or calculated, and indicate record source. 4. Show tract number p plat. 5. Clarify in legend which line is existing and which is the "Adjusted Lot. 6 Change "curb data" to "curve data". I hope these corrections do no pose a hardship for the applicant at this late date, but Department Staff in the near future. Hopefully, w c can smooth out the process, in its present condition. I will be discussing processing procedures with Planning As a new person in the system, I am not sure how this lot line adjustment got to this stage information on the map is not correct, and it needs to be.
