This letter is being writ n in response to an applic _,on submitted for your review of this multi-family
project, this plan does meet the requirements of your Zoning code. In regards to privacy, lots to the
North, West, and South are residences- The property to the East in regards to privacy are
maintained due to the width of existing street. Surrounding the property for blocks is a mixture of
single-family homes, multiple-unit housing 1, 2F and 3 stories in height and commercial structures.
Project is for residential occupancy and will be occupied by a famiiiy_ Residence proposed has three
bedrooms,'wo and half baths in 1400 +1- square feet. Perm.Ming construction of these units is not
granting a, , special privileges to Mr. Goodman from what is aiready in existence in the s neighboring
area, due to the nature of lot configureion. So we ask that you please approve this application for
