18. The Surveyor or Owner must make arrangements with their Title Company for the
processing and recording of the Lot Line Adjustment and Quitclaim Deed . The name of
the Title Officer assigned to this project shall be provided to the Public Works
Department along with telephone number for contact. Upon City approval of Lot Line
Adjustment, the Title Company Officer will be contacted to pick up the document and
will procede to have it recorded along with the new Quitclaim Deed.

8. Lack of priority of the lien of the Insured Mortgage as to each and every advance made after Date of Policy, and all interest charged thereon, over lies, encumbrances and other matters affecting the
