RS: 19171 Magnolia Street - Magnolia Center. Oaprking*Lot Redesign
1) This is to apply for a Zoning Review of the Magno''ia Center
at 19171 Magnolia Street, for e parking lot and landscaping-
planter redesign. We miata.ktti1y went ahead to rebuild the
parking lot and landscaping p lanters without realizin g a permit
would be required. This application is to correct our mistakes.
2) The redesigns are needed to increase more store front parking
spaces to better s.rve customers of three retail suites fronting
the Magnolia Street. The 10/19,`98 revised Site Plan showed 12
ew store front parking spaces, Notes *`4 and **5, replacing 7
Id parking spaces facing the Magnolia Street Note **D. Three
parking spaces blocking the K--Mari Center access, Note **E, are
also removed upon objections from the Public Works Department.
The 1O/19/98 Site Pl an also showed the landscaping plar3 r,,!-
redesign, Note * with a net increase of 11 Sq.Ft. new landscaping
planter area to, accomodate the now parking layo u t as follows.

4) This project is bounded by the Magnolia Street and
residential area on the east side, K--Mart Center on the north
side, rr4sldential area on the west side and a public park on the
south aide. This project is not located within a Hazardous Waste
and Substance site pursant to Section 65962 .5 of Covernm nt r;ode.

RE: 19171 Magnolia Street - Magnolia Center, Parking Lot Redesign
1) This is to apply for a Zoning Review of the Magnolia Center
at 19171 Magnolia, Street, for a parking lot and landscaping
planter redesign. We mistakenly went ahead to rebuild the
parking lot and landscaping planters without realizing a permit
would be required. This application is to correct our mistakes,

browncolored bushes as shown in the attached photos. No trees
have been removed, Thus, no tree replacement is needed.
4) This project is hounded by the Magnolia Street and
residential -c-ea on the east side, K-Mart Center on the, north
side, residential area on the west side and a public park on the
south side. This., project is not located within a Hazardous Waste
and Substance site pursant to Section 65962.5 of Caovernment Code.
