Included in this letter are the Conditions of Approval for this application. Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code, the action taken by tile; Zoning Administrator is final unless an appeal is filed to the City, Council. by you. Said appeal must be in writing and must se+ forth in detail the action and grounds upon which you deem yourself aggrieved. The common property line between lots 8 and 9, as it exists, severs an existing structure and will tempos ari y continue to do so after the adjustment. No new entitlements shall be issued on the subject property until the lots are properly consolidated through the Parcel Map process. 4. The lot line adjustment does not allow a greater number of dwelling units than allowed by this code prior to the adjustment. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO USE OR.
