Dear Applicant:
Your application was acted upon by the Zoning Administrator of the City of Huntington
Beach on September 14, 1988, and your request was Corditionally Approved. Included in
this letter are the Conditions of Approv al for this applic ation,
Under the provisions of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code, the action taken by the
Zoning Administrator is final unless an appeal is filed to the Planning Commission byyou
or by an interested party. Said appeal must be in writing and must set forth in detail the
action and grounds by which the applicant or interested party deems himself aggrieved,
Said appeal must be accompanied by a ailing fee of One Hundred and Sixty-five Dollars
($165.00) and submitted to the Secretary of the Planning Commission within ten (10) days
null and void one (1) year after the final approval, unless actlra1 construction has begun.
Provisions of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code are such that any application becomes

CC)NDITICNS OF APPRO VAL.
1. The Plan dated 9/12/88 shall be the approved layout.
2. Monuments for the newly e.'tablished corners shall be readjusted in compliance with
the Subdivision Map Act.
Authentic data on the bearings on the adjusted line shall be shown on a plat map
which shall be certified by the City Enginerr prior to recordation.
If the adjustment is not made between two (2) contiguous parcels held under one
ownership, each property owner shall certify on the plat map, prior to the
recordation, that the adjustment data and his ownership are true and correct.
A Record of Survey xi be submitted to the City for certification by the City
Engineer and then i, aided with the Orange County. Surveyor's Office,

It is recommended that you immediately pursue completion of the Conditions of Approval
