NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the above application has been accepted for processin .A Public Hearing will be heard by the Zoning Administrator in Room 13-6 of the Civic
Center, 2000 Main Street, Huntington Beach, California, at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday,
February 17, 1988.
The applicant or his representative should be present at thelrearing. Interested persons
are invited to attend said hearing and express their opiniens for or against the proposal.
The action taken by the Zoning Administrator is final unless a challenge or appeal is filed
to the Planning Commission by a Planning; Commissioner, a Council Member, the
applicant , or an interested person
A challenge or appeal must bed in writing and must , set forth in d;tail the grounds by which
the appellant deems himself aggrieved. The appeal mist be acco rmmpanie by a
non-refundable filing fee cf One Hundred and Sixty-five Dollars ($16" -T') and submitted
to the Executive Secretary of the Planning Commission within ten (10) calendar days of
the date of the Board's decision, A challeng' or an il: ru1 may be withdrawn prior to the
hearing date scheduled for the Planning Conirrrission, and, therefore aggrieved persons
are cry ouraged to file separate appeals to ensure that their concerns will be law nrd.
