We are writing this letter to request a clarification re-
garding the Conditions of Approval relative to the above-
referenced subject (a copy of which is enclosed).
Condition No. 5 states: "A record of Survey shall be sub-
mitted to the City tor certification by the City Engineer
and then recorded with the Orange County Surveyor's Office.
Final Maps for both parcels shall, be allowed to serve as _'
Record of Survey."
Our Parcel P:ap 87-176 will provide the necessary mop umonta--
tion of compliance without ad ditional mapping. The last
sentence of Condition No. 5 coul d be chinned to read:
"Final Parcel Map 87 -176 shall be allowed to ser;e as a
Record of Survey."
Addi tionally, we request your assistance in coordinating the
recordinc l of the Lot Lind Adjustment which will allc t, i s 'Co
our Tentative parcel Map 87-176,
Also, we will require a copy of the co?diti.oil Of approval
for parcel Map 79-558 for determination of which conditions
have been satisfied and which have been r made a condition of
