reasons for the lot line adjustment affecting lots 22 and 23 of Tract 13821. The
reasons for the adjustment are:
a. Access for oilfiel- :quipment between Island J and Island Nis no longer
necessary.
b. Access from within the tract to the golf course is no longer necessary.
c. Access from within , ie ; ract for a possible future golf course m aintenance
facility in Island J is no longer necessary
