If the applicant is not the property owner, the property owner shall designate the applicant to act on his behalf and sign this application. All applications for Planning Commission must be accompanied with fifteen (15) sets of site plans, floor plans and building elevations 24" x 36" and two (2) sets of plans reduced to 8-1/2" x 11".
