LOT LINE ADJTL: LMENT NO. 89-4 WAS APPROVED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
WITH THE FOLLOWING BINDINGS AND CONDITIONS:
INSERT FINDINGS FOR APPROVAL.
I. The legit line adjustment does not create a nonconforming parcel.
2. The lot line adjustment does r,ot create a nonconforming yard requirement.
3. The lot line adjustment doe, not sever any existing structure on &th& of the I
lots.
4. The lot line adjustment does not allow a greater number of dwelling units than
allowed by this code prior to the adjustment.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
A. TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO USE OR OCCUPANCY OF SAID PARCEL(S) FOR
ANY PURPOSE:
1. The Lot Line Adjument received by the Department of Community Development
on August 15, 1989 shall be the approved 'layout with the following modification:
a. The plat map shall be revised to show a min. mum dimension of twenty-four
(24) feet for the entire vehicular drive.
2. Monuments for the newly-established property lines shall be readjusted in
compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. A record of -;.:rvey shall be completed to
verify the location of the newly placed monur°ments.
3. Said plat riap shall be recorded with the County recorder prior to the issuance of a
certificate of compliance for the structure and/or structures upon subject
properties. A copy of the recorded document shall be submitted to the Department
of Community D--velopment for the file.
4. All previous conditions of approval for Tentative Tract Map No. 10557 and
Conditional Use Permit No. 79-17 shall remain n effect.
