LOT LINE ADJTL: LMENT NO. 89-4 WAS APPROVED BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR WITH THE FOLLOWING BINDINGS AND CONDITIONS: INSERT FINDINGS FOR APPROVAL. I. The legit line adjustment does not create a nonconforming parcel. 2. The lot line adjustment does r,ot create a nonconforming yard requirement. 3. The Lot Line Adjument received by the Department of Community Development on August 15, 1989 shall be the approved 'layout with the following modification: a. The plat map shall be revised to show a min. mum dimension of twenty-four (24) feet for the entire vehicular drive. 2. Monuments for the newly-established property lines shall be readjusted in compliance with the Subdivision Map Act. A record of -;.:rvey shall be completed to verify the location of the newly placed monur°ments. 3. Said plat riap shall be recorded with the County recorder prior to the issuance of a certificate of compliance for the structure and/or structures upon subject properties.
