Tentative Parcel Maps require six (6) copies of the tentative map and Lot Line Adjus"ments require(3)
six (6) copies o-ti the prescribed 'FDrm available at the Zoning comer which shall be submitted
thereof.

(k) If the subdivision is within a known oil field the Trap shall include the iocatior, of all
existing oil wells and appurtenances and a plan of t heir disposition or treatment including

units , etc. Such plan shall inc;ude disposition V traatment of all future wells, drill
sites and operations. Such plan shall also i nOude the written conch;_ rend of the oil
lessee or operator concerned.
All decisions by the Zoning Administrator and the Planning Commission are final T,niess appealed
within ten (10) days of such decision and shall be in writing specifying the areas of aggriexement.
10. ,iThe approval or canc'itional approval of a tentative snap or tentative parcel map shall expire
twenty-four (24) months from the date the map was approved or conditionally approved. The expira-
tion of the approved or conditionally app*oved tentative map shall terminate all proceecings. Any
subsequent subdivision of the same real p,.opcrty shall require the fling and processing of a new
map.
11, Extension on tentat;ve maps ana tentative parcel maps.
(a) The subdivider filing ,, tentative map or tentative parcel map may request an extension of
the tentative map or tentativ4 parcel map approval by written applicaeion to the OepartmenR
of Community Development, such application to be filed at least t1irty (30, days before the
expiration of the approved or conditionally approved map. The application shall state the
reasons for the requested extension. In granting an extension, new conditions and exactions
may be imposed and existing conditions may be re;ise'd.
(b) An extension(s) or tentative map nr tentative parcel map acor-oval or conditional approval
may be extended by the Zotaing Administrator,, Planning Commission or City Council for a
period not to exceed one year, with a. maximum of three (3) o1.e-year eutensions of time. The
extension of time shall commence with the expiration date of the approved or condi tionally
approved tentative map or tentative parcel map,, The approved new datesha11 not extend more
than five (5) years beyond the date of initial approval.
Note: Completion of this application does not presume approval ol` the subdivision, Such approva; is
discretionary with the Zoning Administrator or the Planning Commission: The Zoning Administrator
or Commission may deny , modify or approve the subdivision with conditions.
