The expira- tion of the approved or conditionally app*oved tentative map shall terminate all proceecings. Any subsequent subdivision of the same real p,.opcrty shall require the fling and processing of a new map. 11, Extension on tentat;ve maps ana tentative parcel maps. (a) The subdivider filing ,, tentative map or tentative parcel map may request an extension of the tentative map or tentativ4 parcel map approval by written applicaeion to the OepartmenR of Community Development, such application to be filed at least t1irty (30, days before the expiration of the approved or conditionally approved map. The application shall state the reasons for the requested extension. In granting an extension, new conditions and exactions may be imposed and existing conditions may be re;ise'd. (b) An extension(s) or tentative map nr tentative parcel map acor-oval or conditional approval may be extended by the Zotaing Administrator,, Planning Commission or City Council for a period not to exceed one year, with a. maximum of three (3) o1.e-year eutensions of time.
