Dear Mr. Strange,
am requesting that a certificate of compliance be issued on the
above--referenced property. Presently the property appears to be in
violation of the Subdivision Map , ct4
The history of the property is as follows,
On April 13, 1971, by deed recorded in Book 9603,page 416,
Huntington Harbour Corporation conveyed to Classic Development
Corporation all of lot 45 of tract no. 5481 and portions of tot 46
of tract no. 5481.
On July 30, 1971, by deed recorded in Book 9'143
Huntington Harbour Corporation , conveyed to Holister,
of lot 46.
On November 8, 1974, by deed recorded in Book 11283, page 360,
folister conveyed to West, parcel 2 as shown on Parcel Map Book 16,
page 4. This conveyance included property not owned by Hol later .
.The property was owned by Classic.
On November 12, 197.5, by deed recorded in Book 11566, page 510,
West quitclaimed that portion of Classic's property back to
Classic,
on July 18, 1978, by deed recorded in Boos. 12761, page 205, Classi c
deeded all of lot 45 and port i ons of lot 4 to Bransford.
Enclosed you will find copies of all of the above-referenced deeds
and a check for $105.04, which l understand to be the fee for the
Cert i ficate of Compliance. it would be muc li appreciated if you
would process, tbiis request at your earliest convenience.
