currently shown on the assessor's parcel map. According to the engineer who prepared the
submittal, when the original final map was recorded (1965) it was done so with this lot
configuration. However, the legal description was by metes and 1±iunds and did not match the final
map. Apparently in a recent sales transaction, the title co i . nary thought the metes and bounds was
unusual and checked it out.
This request would basically bring the legal description into confortnai ce with what was originally
approved and currently is shown on the assessor's map.

Pursuant to a letter from Michael Strange, Zoning Administrator,
dated December 1, 1995, it is my understanding that the above
mentioned lot line adjustment was conditionally approved on
November 29, 1995. Final approval was set for December 11, 1995,
after the 10 day appeal period was concluded.
Since the appeal period, l have been in contact with Mary Beth
Broeren, the assistant planner,and Bruce Crosby, the engineer.
Both Mary Beth and Bruce have informed me there was no appeal made
and the only item left was for you to have your sin-nature notarized
on the lot line adjustment
It has now been approximately one month since the appeal period has
ended and we still have not received the lot line adjustment. I f
there is a problem please contact me immediately so we can get the
problem corrected and get the lot tine adjustment recorded.
