Dear Sirs,
This request for a lot line adjustment is to return the lot lines of 205 & 207 22nd
St, back to their original placement, The two 25 five ft, wide lots were divided into 2 fifty
foot wide lots with one tot sitting on 22nd street and the cther lot having access only on
the alley. This change would return the lots to their original configuration which is two
standard 25 ft. 117,5 lots that both front 22nd street.
The lots are now both vacant and are owned by the same family. The family
intends to sell the lots to individuals who will use the lots to build homes with standard
downtown home configurations.
