The City Council may revoke any Use Permit or Conditional Exception when the interl has not been accomplished within a period of six (6 1 honths from the date it was granted. b. if a, Use Permit or Conditional exception has been denied, no further petition covering the same property for the SAME OR SIMILAR request shall be tiled or considered within the period of one year from the date of the final decision. :2. DIVISION'-OP-LAND Petition, In the event certain provisions are required as conditions of ap- proval, the owner of the subject property shall enter into an agreement with the City.
