The City Council may revoke any Use Permit or Conditional Exception ,when the intent has not been accomplished within a period of six (Ca) months from the date it was granted. b. If a Use Permit Or Conditional Exception has been dent v; h' further petition covering the same property for the SAME OR SIMILAR request ahall be rcl d or considered witbin the period of one year from the date of the final decision. 2. DIVISION-OF-LAND Petition. In the event certain provisionsare required as conditions of ap- proval, the owner of the subject property shall enter into an agreement with the City. The follow ing is an outline of the procedure for such agreement: a, Page 1 of the covenant and agreement will be filled-in by the Planning Department. b. The covenant and agrremenr will Le mailed to the owner or authorized agent. c, Upon receipt of the covenant and agreement, the record owner shall complete the form, have it notarized by a Notary Public and return it to the Planning Department. d, The covenant and agrt anent will then be recorded within one (I) year with the County Recorder by the City.
