The Lot Line Adjustment is consistent with the criteriaoutlined in Section 9811.3,1, Huntington Beach Ordinance Code. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: A . TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS: 1. The conceptual plot plan received December. 21, 1982, shall be the approved layout. In its approval action, the Board of Zoning Adjustments considered the following issues relating to the conceptual plan: Lot area; Lot width and lot depth, Type of use and its relation to property and improvements in the immediate vicinity; Past administrative action regarding this property. The conceptual plan should not be construed as a precis plan reflecting conformance to all Ordinance Code requirements. It is recommended that you immediately pursue completion of the Conditions of Approval and address all requirements of the Huntington Beach Ord,-"nance Code in order to expedite the processing of your total application.
