FINDINGS
1. The lot line adjustmcn''t is consistent with the criteria out-
lined in Section 98ll 3.1 of the Huntington Beach-Ordinance
Code.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1. The applicant shall submit a copy `of the recor'dq,6 Lot' Line
Adjustment to the Department of Development Serliices.
2. The plan received and dated July 23, 1984 shall be the
approved layout.
