This request is covered by Categorical Exemption, Class 5, California Environmental. Quality Act, 1970. Staff reported that in 1955, a portion of Lot 12 was dedicated to Lot 13 at back only. New owner would like to take a portion of Lot 13 and allocate to Lot 1-4 and Lot 12 will remain the same. The applicant, Edward B. The applicant shall submit a copy of the recorded'Lot Line Adjustment to the Department of Development Services. 2. A revised plat map shall be submitted to the City Engineer noting existing monuments. Additional monuments are required to show new 5roperty lines.
