A request for Lot. Line adjustment between Parcels 2 aria 3 of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 83-585 located at 7612 Woodwind Drive
(South side of Woodwind Drive approximately 130 feet East of Sampso,,
Lane).
This request is covered by Categorical Exemption, Class 1.5,
California Environmental Quality Act, 1970.
Ms. Pierce stated the board of Lonin+ Au3ustments had previously
approved an Administrative Review on Parcel 2 and this application
is to permit a lot line adjustment between Parcels 2 and 3, of
Tentative Parcel Map No. 83-585.
The applicant, dueHartge, was present and said he had submitted the
map to the Orange County Assessor's Office.
