AMENDING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH ORDINANCE CODE
BY AMENDING SECTION 9061 THEREOF TO PROVIDE
FOR CHANGE OF ZONING PROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESI-
DENTIAL TO MEDIUM-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT ON REAL PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF
NEWMAN AVENUE AND EAST OF BEACH BOULEVARD
(ZONE CASE NOS 81-7)
HCREAS, pursuant to the state Planning and Zoning Law,
Commission and all evidence present ed to said City Council, the
City Council finds that such zone change is proper , and consi.s-
Case No. 81-7 wherein both bodies have carefully considered
all information presented at said hearings, and after due con-
sideration of the findings and recomrnend•attona of the Planning
