John Hampton and Fred Hampton, representing the applicant, addressed the Board and ,answered various questions. The suggested conditions of approval were reviewed by the applicant. Discussion was held pertaining to the landscaping, parking requirements, sight angle-0--and setbacks. There being no further comments, the hearing was closed on Conditional Exception No. 70-20.
