1. The sur face soils in the area are of a fine grained
clay or loam* or specifi.e a1:y , the Ramonia clay
formation. Soils reports taken from borings on
the property to the north indicate that expansive,
soils are present. Also, ttaere was no indication
of a peat condition in the area.
2. The tax rate for the year 1969-1970 is $11.17,40

conformance with our verbal conversation of that date

subject ice plant as to all practidal purposes been
in continuous operation for a number of years.

You requested clarification of the requirements to,be imposed by
the department regarding the use by you oij the Chico Farms property
froating on Nichols Street.
As lotig as the use of that property does not change nor no
significant construction takes place (changes to the utilities or the
construction of small assessory builders would not be considered
significant) the following would be our requirements:
