7. An easement shall be provided and shown on the Parcel Map
along the northerly boundary of Parcel 1 to provide
access to Parcel 2.
9. A Parcel Map shall be filed with the City and recorded prior
to framing inspection of any structures on any parcel.
10. The Division of Land shall not be effective until an agree -
ment is signed and recorded agreeing to the conditions listed
above.
