It was noted that the
plot plan submitted does not show the parking layout,
screening or landscaping.
Mr. Dawson informed
the Board that the freeway would not take this property and
he also stated that they have only a two year lease on
subject property.
The Board advised Mr.
Dawson that a letter of authorization, from the property
owner had not been filed with this application and that
said letter would be required.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY
MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY PALIN TO CONTINUE ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW N04 70-31 TO JULY 1, 1970, TO ALLOW THE APPLICANT TIME
TO NOTIFY THE PROPERTY OWNER OF POSSIBLE CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL AND FOR A REVISED PLOT PLAN TO BE SUBMITTED.

The subject property
is located on the west side of Goldenwest 'St. , 1320 ft.
south of McFadden Street.
The Chairman read the
request. The applicant was present and stated that nearly
all produce handled by this stand is grown in the 80 acre
parcel.
A MOTION WAS MADE BY
PALIN AND SECONDED BY SPENCER TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW NO. 70-32 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITION:
1. The applicant shall comply with Section 9730.25.1 of the
Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.

MCFARLAND AND SECONDED BY SPENCER TO APPROVE ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW NO. 70-34 SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. All signs shall be made to conform to the Huntington
Beach Sign Ordinance by July 10, 1970.
2. The outside storm- and/or display of merchandise shall
conform to Sectio. 32 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance
Code.

This application to erect a
steel storage building was referred to the Board by the
Planning Commission for review of the design and landscaping
so as to be compatible with other buildings within the church
facility.
It was the consensus of the Board
that a field trip should be made to the site to insure that
the colors submitted would be compatible with the existing
buildings.
