SUPPLEMENT TO PETITIONS
Administrative Review
1. The application must be typed or printed and filled
out completely.
2. An appeal to the Planning Commission of the Board of
Zoning Adjustments' decision may be made and must be
filed with the Secretary to the Planning Commission
within ten (10) days after such decision.
3. All Board of Zoning Adjustments' desions become
effective ten (10) days after such d cision is ren-
dered, unless appealed, and in no case shall permits
or licenses be issued ,,ntil such time has lapsed.
4. If the applicant is not the prop-rty owner, a letter
of authorization from the property owner authorizing
the applicant to act in his behalf must accompany the
application.
5. All applicaticn•is must be accompanied with three (3)
plot plans that have a minimum size of 8 x 11 inches
and conform to the following requirements:
(a) Draw to scale
(b) Indicate the scale
(c) Indicate the north point
(d) Plot the entire parcel
(e) Dimension all pertinent data
(f) Plot all existing and proposed
physical features
(g) Indicate all street names
(h) Dimension to nearest intersecting
street
(i) Name and address of recorded owner
(j) Name and address of purchaser
(if applicable)
(k) Name of applicant, address and
phone number

South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho La Balsa Chica, in the City of
Huntington Beach, County of Orange, State of California, as said
section is shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, Page 13,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Northeast quarter of
Section 15, as said corner is shown on the map of Tract 3895, re-
corded in Book 154, Pages 49 and 50, Miscellaneous Maps , records
of said Orange County, and running thence South 0° 40' 00" East
along the West line of said Northeast quarter, 428.98 feet to the
Southwest corner of the land described in the deed to Howard A.
Lutz and others, recorded May 2, 1962, in Book 6094, Page 942,
Official Records of said Orange County; thence North 89 34' 26"
East along the South line of'said land, 1102 feet to the Southeast
corner of said land; thence continuing North 89° 34' 26" East along
the Easterly extension of the South line of said land, 60 feet to
the true point of beginning of the boundary of the land described
herein ; thence North 0° 40' 00 " West parallel with the West line
